After graduating from the University of Alabama, Tesa began her career in banking, serving as a Branch Manager with Altus Bank in Tuscaloosa, AL. In 1992, she relocated to Baldwin County, where she continued in leadership roles with Altus Bank, First Family Financial Services, and Acceptance Loan Company.
In 2003, Tesa transitioned into real estate, gaining invaluable experience as a licensed assistant to James Anderson, Director of Training for RE/MAX of Orange Beach and Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties and Alabama Coastal Properties. This early foundation shaped a career rooted in leadership, education, and service.
Today, Tesa serves as the Qualifying Broker and Owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Southern Premiere. Known for her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and commitment to excellence, she leads with integrity and a clear vision for delivering an elevated real estate experience. She works closely with both clients and agents, cultivating an environment centered on collaboration, growth, and results.
